Shipping
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
If you’re ordering from outside our country, please note that customs fees or taxes (if any) are your responsibility.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not right, we’re happy to help.
You can request a return within 14/30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Some items can’t be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products
To start a return, just email us at fluxenn.2018@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
